Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is centrally located, making it perfect for tourism with easy access to the harbor, castle, museums, and markets. The room was spacious and comfortable, though lacking a view and showing some signs of wear. The service was mixed, with kind and helpful staff but delays in resolving room setup issues. The dining experience offered quality products in a beautiful setting but struggled with overcrowding. The pool and outside bar were highlights of the facilities, providing a great place to relax.
I can't say enough good things about this hotel! The rooms were great, nice, clean, and comfy. The included breakfast was a nice touch. The location is perfect, especially in cities like Venice and Vienna where you can catch a glimpse of the citadel from certain rooms. However, the bar service by the pool could be quicker.
I stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The location is great, close to the old town and with convenient access to restaurants and shops. The rooms, while modern and comfortable, were occasionally disturbed by noise from a nearby restaurant. The service was excellent, with a friendly and welcoming staff. The dining experience had a decent selection but lacked options for those with specific dietary restrictions. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor drawbacks.
Staying at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were spacious and convenient, offering a lovely terrace overlooking the harbor. The hotel provided excellent service, though lacking in airport transportation information. The central location was convenient, but the Friday night disturbance was a downside. The dining options were varied, accommodating different dietary needs. The facilities were satisfactory, with a well-maintained pool area. Despite some drawbacks, the value for money was acceptable.
The hotel room felt a bit dated for the price and Radisson brand, lacking a kettle for tea or coffee and charging a steep fee for breakfast. However, the rooms were consistently clean and well-maintained with a minimal number of amenities. The service, though not perfect resulting in some inconveniences, was ultimately very helpful and approachable. The location was exceptional, situated right on the port and city center, ideal for exploring Marseille. The dining options, while pricey, offered a wide range of high-quality dishes. Overall, the hotel provided a good base for discovering the city with some room for improvement in certain areas.
I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The rooms were very nice, with a terrace offering the most amazing view of the port. They were spacious, with comfy beds, modern bathrooms boasting great water pressure, and well-functioning air conditioning that was a lifesaver in the hot summer weather. The service was excellent, with the staff going above and beyond by offering to refund our hotel charge after a restaurant mishap, which we truly appreciated. The location couldn't be better, super convenient for exploring the port and surrounding areas, with plenty of dining options within walking distance. While the dining experience was excellent with lots of choice, some found it a bit pricey for the quality offered. Overall, a fantastic hotel for a city break in sunny Marseille!
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel overlooking the old port of Marseille. The rooms were spacious, extremely clean, and very comfortable, with rare soundproofing and almost silent AC. The service was excellent, especially the restaurant staff. The location was perfect for exploring the Old Port and shopping, with easy access to all main attractions. The dining experience was amazing with a huge and varied buffet. I enjoyed the well-maintained pool area on the terrace.
